I recommend don’t buy Big Tv. Service is horrible. They don’t know how to handle customer. For the past one month I am not able to watch any channels during night time. I have raised 3 complaints, my complaint number are 78987171, 79123991 and 79403052. Without even resolving the issues, Those buggers have closed my complaint saying it is working.
Even now I am not able to watch any of the channels during night . When even there is a drizzle during day time you can not watch TV. Such scrap TV. Customer Service guys are so funny and un-educated people when ever u call them they say RESET,
I recommend don’t go for BIGTV, if you have cabel channel it is better to continue with that, atleast u can see dotted picture, In Big TV you cant even watch Picture.
Please suggest is there any way I can cancel this SCRAP TV
