Hello Friends I would like to add one more point to this, I have raised so many complaints and complaint has not been resolved. I am not able to watch any channels, Guys if u have cable tv atleast u will be happy with the dotted picture, in case of BIGTV you will see only Blue screen. The way he read more...

Guys never believe this, Trust me BIG TV customer service is very very BAD, They dont know how to handle customer. If there are any technical problem in Settop box or Dish Antenna then you will have night mare with those buggers. Better avoid this cheap product if you dont like Big Tv they will not read more...

Do you want my Consumer no ?? here it is 200655139913. I think you must be Bigtv employee. Every night my signal strength will be 0%. I am so frustrated about there service, I wanted to through there product to dust bin
