I wouldn’t buy a rotten fish from these jokers. I sent a camera to Mumbai through them. Enquiries to four different e-mail addresses brought the same response: "Send full information" -- although full information had been sent, and more than once. Two days after the package was delivered, Sachin Aggarwal, one of the Big Guns of the outfit, wrote out of the blue: "Send full information."
The agent who accepted the package said that, as the contents were insured, the package could not be sealed. He even took out some of the packing material I had put in at the top. What was the result? The camera’s view-finder cover glass was broken when it reached Mumbai. The camera must have been dropped, as only a sharp impact could have caused this damage.
