Of course no flask came -- that model was not in stock, so advertising the thing was dishonesty. Not responding to my enquiries was far worse than honestly telling me that my order could not be fulfilled.

They used to be okay. I bought things from them over many years. Now, it seems, they have collapsed under their own weight and turned into a heap of fossilised turds.

I very much doubt that there will be improvement -- you yourself speak of improvisation, after all. More important, I repeatedly informed you of thoughtless and unhelpful responses from a Jasmine but nothing happened.
sbk100, you will see that I have expressed overall satisfaction with Indiaplaza's service. It is only the absurd responses I have received to my ''tickets'' that are annoying. This has been going on for years.
