Poor and pathetic service. Twice it has happened that I did online payment and their system didn’t show the payment. I showed my transaction details to the delivery guy but he was not ready to listen. I told him to wait outside till I speak with customer care. He pushed my door and tried to enter the house.
Every time I face issues with Blinkit. Others like Dunzo and Swiggy instamart are far better.
I want to share the video of the person when he was pushing my main door and trying to enter. There is no provision to upload the video. Request concerned authorities to intervene.
I will never use or recommend BLINKIT to anyone.
