I thought that Chairman will respond or designate someone responsible to resolve the issue but I was wrong. They closed my ticket twice without my consent. They didn't bother to even call and ask me. Horrible pathetic experience..
Avani, I have escalated the issue to the Chairman Mr Subhashish...I am not going to sit quietly at all..
