I made a call on their so called toll free no "1860-233-1234" at 5:20 pm for arranging pickup. As I started call " boss ek pickup arrange karana hai urgency hai " and what I got from their " sir kuch process hot hai ya nahi 5:00 baje ka baad pickup nahi hoga" then again I said " boss urgency hai " than he replied " sir process hota hai" . I feel like that I am taking their service free of cost and the men over their doing something special for me.
Very Rude customer executive and trying to teach me that how can they arrange the pickup and they can only arrange on their terms and condition. I must say that toll free no. is not more than a sh*it of me.
This review is all about the customer experience I had with Bluedart. So people don’t us their service go for FED- ex for better service.
