Hi Akhilesh, good to go with mouthshut but better you post on Airtel Facebook page they will response you more frequently or you can raise a complaint through ashoka complaint cell.

I Bought two product one is Karbonn K101 and Micromax Q34 from Saholic and both are working fine. I dont know about your issue but i know my status.
Thanks for taking my complaint on prior basis and according Mr. Ajay Sharma He will get my Rs.500 note changed. So thanks to bank and ICICI customer support

I got the sealed product from the retailer and ofcourse i got the faulty one but after that they can replace it. So you want 100% perfect thing than you need GOD to ship your product and nobody is perfect in the world.
