I had ordered some books from Flipkart and they shipped it through Bluedart. Well, for most of the time the tracking status said: Please contact us; what’s the problem with that? Well, you can’t. I send them 8+ messages(from their site) and each time the message came back to my email saying the email could not be sent. Finally, I emailed them through a different address and it must have reached them.but I didn’t get a reply. Since my books were imported it took about 9 days to get to India(wasn’t a problem), 1 day to get to my city, and 7 days to reach my house(hehe).
Note: Even though I had a bad experience; delivery in India has evolved a lot over the years. I remember ordering a package once(MANY years ago), and I only received it 4 months later.
