I got Credit card from a reputed bank and Blue dart people called asking further details of address and told that they will deliver to my office address but not delivered. I tried 30 times to the number from which I got call but not picked up and also send SMS, also sent scolding SMS but no response.

Is it required to send any covers from this 3rd class courier. PLEASE USE POSTAL Department which is the only one best service from Govt department
