Once intimate bank to stop nuisance, if continue nuisance then if u have sense u will close credit card, accounts, dont take new loans. U can register criminal case. I registered suit for commercial calls in bengalore

In email Demand bank to get back charges if ur technically correct by keeping huge amount unconditional legal liability clause else shut mouth and Pay EMI & charges instead of wasting time. If u have SENSE THEN STOP FURTHER BUSINESS WITH SUCH FRAUD
