I had booked 2 cabins for the 18th which they said has got canceled. We were 2 couples planning to celebrate our respective anniversaries on a cruise so we made them book for us on the 19th with an upgrade as compensation as people were flying down from Delhi to go on this. Now on the 18th they call up and tell us the cruise on the 19th has been canceled. We were left high n dry and nowhere to go. The staff is pathetic....they dont know how to handle customers and give false assurances.
I had to go to their office to get a refund which they said will be credited back to my account within 2-3 hours which they could have done on call also, again I was assured cash refund here. The refund did not happen which makes me wonder whether they r trying to dupe me in this. Wonder if they even have a cruise ship as their site doesn’t even have pictures of Indians enjoying the cruise experience. I will wait for a day or two more or else will go to a consumer court or cops whatever works coz my money is stuck now.
It is my humble request that you do not book with them. It looks attractive but it is horribly disappointing. Please boycott them so that they would run out of business.
