I have got my money back... i kept pestering them..
Hi Nitin, I did get my money back. I went to their office and created a scene. You should do the same...they eventually had to make a speedy payback.
Hi sjinesh, I understand that there is a possibility of a technical fault....but they kept on telling me that you can still go on the cruise the following week....if they would have been blunt and told me that all cruises have been canceled for a month or 2 i would have understood....but they gav read more...
Finally got my money back....after 2 weeks...phew!
