I found that when I was running Windows 98 Bonzi Buddy was sort of a help, but when I changed to Windows XP Professional, Bonzi was history. I’ve move on and he just wasn’t needed anymore with this system. Actually, I don’t think I have real fond memories of Bonzi. He interferred with too many programs. I found that at times he was difficult to get rid of. He was not worth the cost. But when starting out, one may find him of help if you read all the directions that are needed to utilize Bonzi properly.
