I had ordered 2 books from bookadda.com on 12th Dec 2011. I am still waiting for the books to be delivered. I called up the customer care yesterday and was assured that she will call me in 15 mins. As expected she didn’t call. I again called after couple of hours but still didnt get reply.
I had dropped email to customercare@bookadda.com but didn’t get any reply on acknowledgement for the same. I have been trying to talk to customer care executive on the number 011-45644739 but no one is picking up the phone. I had paid money using Credit Card so I think that they have duped me of my money.
I would never ever use this website in future or recommend this to any one.
