Yes, they are creating fake profiles to make the negative feedback look Not Useful. I can understand as I have gone through this Ordeal earlier in 2008. Never ever use their service again nor recommend to any one.

Yes you are saying right. I too have been victim of these fraudsters a couple of years ago. I had posted my comment but was marked as not useful by Vishal Packers through fake ids they had created. They took money from me too for insurance but never gave me the insurance letter. Aggarwal packers and read more...
