I tried to book a ticket for a movie, online in bangalore this website and it gives an error, tried 5-6 times, nothing really happened. Mailing to customer support about this issue did not solve this problem, nor the customer care number answers the call on this number 022- 39895050, it just tells me to wait.
Great! I missed a movie show today, and am not happy with the website, better they close the website and people book the ticket in theater itself.
