I had tried to book 2 tickets on their website on 20th Dec 2013. The money has been cut from bank but tickets were not booked. The customer service fellows told me that they will refund within 10 days.
Its almost one month and they do not refund the money. I talked to customer service many times. They keep telling that its on high priority. Nothing happens. I do not understand what they mean by priority.

Please try to book using other websites. They are pathetic.
