Very bad experience with after sales service, we are waiting for more than a month to replace broken front door gasket. Till now no response either from local representative or customer support. You can imagine how much we need to struggle without a washing machine in a city atmosphere particularly those who are having small children.
Bosch India is the only one worst house hold brand so far I had. Better be away from this brand products and make your life easy.
