The main cause which is constraint while deciding what to buy, Branded PC or assembled one is money. There is a 10K difference in both for the same power and speed.
My Opinion is to buy branded PC. Believe me the there is a huge qulity difference in branded PC and its counter part ie Assembled with same hardware power.
1. Branded PC run very very smoothly. There is no sound from processor cooling Fan or SMPS unit fan. This creates a very good environment while programming or watching a too good movie to be distured.
2. Today it comes with onsite warannty from most of the brand. Though this feature is with assembled on, the assembling vendor doesn’t come at time when you will call, most of the time
they will after 1-2 days. This is very frustrating. your work will totally suffer till your vendors comes.
3. When you are going to use for your business. When you are purchasing PC/s for business like net cafe, photo studio or Video mixing LABs etc, then it becomes compulsory to purchage a PC from such a vendor that when ever a problem comes, it must be shoot out within very small time, other wise your business will face a huge loss. This is possible only with branded company. Most of the companies give provides instant services at your doorstep.
4. No pirated softwares Please. If you are doing business, I highly recommend don’t use pirated softwares at all, even starting from Windows 98/XP/Vista itself along with other software suited for your particular business types. WHY? Most pirated softwares/OS comes with virus and disabled functionalities. So within few days your business will collapse.
So if you purchase a branded PC, it comes bundled with great original software starting from
Windows and most probably an Antivrus sofware. These 2 in combination keeps your PC safe and faster . So good for your business running smoothly.
There are other reasons too. but I don’t have time.
*Now if your compare the features getting above with a branded PC. How much extra you are paying. Only around 10 thousand. But Suppose you are saving 10K by purchasing assembled one, then in case of any problem who is going to solve, more importantly withing your time, otherwise a huge
business loss.
