Though Britannia is good company and I used to buy sometimes butter and it was good. Normally we use Shakti ghee but this time I bought a tin of one kg Britannia ghee. The packing is good with attractive tin but the quality of ghee is not nice. There is no fragrance, it is giving some other type of smell which doesn’t give good feeling.
It is just looking like dalda ghee. We cannot say it is deshi cow’s ghee.It is seems to be white paste type which doesn’t have any taste.Deshi pure ghee will have some yellowish shading with softness, you will not find any hardness in it. If you apply it on your finger, then its smoothness and wetness with good fragrance will remain for long time but this ghee doesn’t give any this type of signs.
Food made by the ghee is not having any taste.While frying of any snacks or eatables it is not giving good smell. So overall I have mistaken to buy this ghee brand for which I was not aware and hereafter I will never buy or use this ghee. I suggest to everyone that please don’t waste the money for this ghee as it it is not worth to use.
