Bruce Nolan, Jim Carrey, is just your regular guy. Except he hates God for ruining his life. ’God is a mean kid sitting on an anthill, and I’m the ant! He could fix my life in 5 minutes if he wanted to but he’d rather burn off my feelers and watch me squirm!’ Then God, played by Morgan Freeman, decides to let Bruce be God for a week. Just watch the Bedlam unfold as Bruce attempts to fix his life and make the World, well his town off Buffalo the ’sweetest place to live’.
It is a hilarious movie. It co-stars Jennifer Aniston who plays Grace, Bruce’s de facto.
Great features of this film are the ’parting of the red sea’, ’walking on water’ and the scene where Bruce ’has the power’
If you get the DVD look at the special features. I wouldn’t bother watching all of the deleted scenes but fast forward to the alternate version of Evan’s last day on the Anchor position job. It’s worth it.
