BSNL connection if it is working without any issues you are lucky. But I am quite unlucky in terms of BSNL connection. I have a combo option landline and broadband connection. First there was a modem failure. complained to bsnl helpline -for four weeks none turned up. I went to BSNL office and shouted and gave a serious warning " today the bsnl broadband should work, else none will work from tomorrow in this office" and shouted with bad words.
People immediately responded and replaced the modem and the modem worked fine and the staff didnt even accepted any money. Second time the landline and broadband total failure. Filed a complaint online and over a phone. This time I didnt shouted, but the staff in the Sanjaynagar BSNL office didnt showed any attention, saying " lines got corrupted, we cannot look into the issue" immediately went to BSNL office and gave a disconnection request.
Took ACT broadband connection.
By 11:30 we have called ACT people and requested for a ACT Broadband connection.
At1:00 PM one person collected documents, 2:30 they gave connection and finally
By 5:30 PM broadbond connection worked(evey thing in half a day).
BSNL broadband rental was rs 750 for poor speed. where as Rs 600 for a faster speed by ACT. ENough with BSNL, will not go to BSNL again.
