BSNL staff do not have any proffesionalism. I had similar problem, every time the line gets disconnected ,then i have to call these bsnl people and they do minor changes and start demanding bribe. Thinking these guys never turn up if we wont pay money, we keep giving Rs100 or Rs 200. And then there read more...
