I Purchased BSNL 703C , five months ago. Initially it worked well and I recommended this tab to my friends.But, now last month its on/off and volume buttons become free, so on off and volume buttons are not working. I contacted there service center in Shimla, after checking they told its buttons needs to be replaced and we will order and contact us after 15 days.
I went there after that period, and they told that company is not supplying any parts to us and we are about to close this service center and you may contact any local repair vendor for buttons. I went to many repair shops, but none was able to repair Penta tab, as they say these types of buttons are not available and only company can supply these buttons.
Now checking on the company website, I found that there service centers in Shimla are no longer existing and my emails to pantel company about the repair are never replied to.So my Penta tab is lying waste for the past one month.So moral of the story is , if you buy cheap products like Panta, Micromax, Karboonn etc.
Your product become useless when it turn faulty and service remain a serious concern for these India made Chinese product. Better buy a Branded product, there you will pay more, but you will get good product and service as well.
