I wanted to write my review, and happen to see the previous review on BSNL. I wonder whether the person is a BSNL employee. I registered for a DOT Landline connection on Apr 24th 2003. Today is May 27. I was told they will deliver the line in 10 working days.
First they said there is some mistake in address and I personally went to give a correction of address letter. And still nothing happened. I wasted my time calling those people and asking for help.
First thing is they are not professional, and they cant be. I hate relationships with goverment agencies because they will add frustration to your daily life. If you are one among them, in slow lethargic life style it wouldnt matter. When you live a very fast, tight scheduled life, it is really a punishment to livewith them.
But I am help less, because I need BSNL Land Line to connect to my office network. Since I cant do anything with BSNL I am trying to escalate to my office and ask them to think about alternatives.
I pray for a day when BSNL will be privatised. If my father or uncle works for BEML, ADA, HAL or some government based organizations in a good post may be I cant get things done in BSNL.
