I had booked my household items by Chennai movers n packers from Mumbai to Meghalaya on the 31st of may and they had promised delivery on the 12th of june. Its a nightmarish experience as they are still saying that the consignment is on its way.
The booking was done thru Mr Vinod whose cell nos is 09987440. He had then sub leased it to Mr Shukla cell nos 9322154 who owns the transport and who has been constantly lying about the delivery. Everyday the same lie that the items have reached guwahati. In between both were not picking up calls. Now the height is I had to travel all the way to Shillong to check my consignment. I have been constantly lied for almost ten days and also now I will have to pay for the unloading. Chennai guy has already charged me for door to door service. I am literally calling 100 TIMES daily to follow up but no response. The worst movers and packers. Trust me if you really want to be tortured then please go for this packers. I have spent 20k on my flight tickets till now. Its a very tortorous ordeal and their head qtr in chennai is also equally rude. WORST SERVICE AND FAMILIES MOVING BEWARE. ONLY MENTAL TORTURE AND AGONY. I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND ALSO FILING A CASE OF FRAUD. KINDLY DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THRU THEM. ITS A REQUEST.COMPLETE CROOKS.
Further to my earlier mail, I received my consignment which had to be collected from the border at a cost of 5K. THE ABSOLUTE HEIGHT IS THAT ALL THE STUFF ARE DAMAGED, Missing AND ALSO MY WASHING MACHINE WITH SIX. OTHER CARTONS ARE MISSING. I called the packers, the transporter and they told me the machine is in guwahati and will come there. The cartons are missing. I HAD CALLED THEIR HEAD OFF FOR INSURANCE AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN DONE THROUGH THEM AND THEY NEED PROPER PROOF. THE SAME GUYS WHO WERE TELLING ME THAT MY CONSIGNMENT will come!. Bloody cheats.
I am warning and cautioning all of you about this packers. Also beware of SSC LOGISTIC COMPANY OWNED BY SANJAY SINGH IN MUMBAI. HE’S THE TRANSPORTER OF SHUKLA. ALL ARE CROOKS WITHOUT SPINE. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.
