I bought a Cruze LTZ Automatic last week. I finalized this car after several months of test drive, reading reviews and discussing with owners of Altis, Cruze, Laura & Jetta.
Believe me I am extremely happy with my decision as the Car has delivered me almost everything in terms of looks, features, a fantastic engine and an automatic transmission with triptronic!
Although I feel Laura also has equally good performance and finish but the matching fully loaded model will almost cost 18 lacks!! Altis is a good car with lousy engine and nothing outstanding in the interior design except the good finish. Jetta had good interiors, but exterior styling is a big let down! The loaded comparable model is overpriced and doesn’t have automatic option.
I already own a Chevy Aveo 1.6 LT for last four years and has not faced any issue with the car except the resale value. But I am sure that Chevy with the new best in class introductions across all segments- Beat, Captiva, Cruze has improved its image dramatically in India and will be among top three in coming few years...
