All employees are playing musical chair and giving revolving answers for the unsolved problem. None of them are answering the mails including mr.prakash bajpai. I think the employees are selected on one quality i.e. you can handle the customer by only giving revolving answers.They are the money grabber and nothing else. I think this policy mr. Prakash bajpai has accepted from reliance as he was earlier working with them. Each and every time they never answers properly and all of them are nuts and nothing else.
Regarding speed, they commit and they give less, i.e. if your plan is of 300 kbps then you will get from 0-143 kbps speed therefore i say it is more pathetic. Employees and most pathetic because none of them are properly experienced and they do not know what they have to do to solve the problem.
They only give false promises and asks for time to solve the problem
