I MET NEARLY 50 EXECUTIVES FROM SALES PERSON TO ATS REGIONAL MANAGER, I ALSO VISITED THEIR BHANDUP OFFICE BUT ALL IN VAIN. THEIR EXECUTIVES ARE SAYING THE SPEED WICH V R GIVING IS THE BEST, DO WHATEVER U WANT TO DO.

had problem since last 2 month but there is no solution till date we are only complaining to the call centre mailing to the head of the depts. but it is of no use. i think callcentres executives are recruited by influence.
customer care service and terchnical dept is hopeless, arrogant, irrespective and giving false promises and there is no one to resolve our problems
