I am new to Bangalore.I bought TCL washing machine on MORE super market in outer ring road .I hope More will deal with geniue electronic home appliance dealer.Purchased date - 16_10_2009. Then machine completely stopped running and made complaint on 24_10_2009 via customer care number -

No response from them till Nov_10_2009.On 12 the one service man came and told that there was a problem in timer and will rectify in another two days.After no response from them when call again they told no parts availiable and take one week. After that no response from any one.Again I have approched regarding this to MORE super market.They told we will talk to them.
Today date - 19_Nov_2009.Again customer service telling the same answer it will take anothe one week. They are fraud.If they behave like thing for one week new machine think off service after warannty period.
