This is 100 % correct, I have also faced a similar problem, When we claim, they simply reject saying it is a pre-existing disease. I too take the policy via policy bazar, no helping hand from their end. Moreover, the are third part claim settlements, which is again a big headache.

This comment is 100 percent true, this is a cheating company. They even not pay single rupee as a claim, a Better choice some other company. I also faced the same issue with them.
