I am slightly under weight by few Kgs. I lost and gained weight slowly several times even though never to the extreme.
My wife lost 10Kgs in 16 months. And I loved her for doing that. Not because she slimmed down but to see her dedication and perseverance in achieving it. She just did only one thing to reduce weight. She walked in the gym for 45 minutes straight 5 miles 5-6 times a week on the treadmill. She also used to do skiing on the machine for few minutes. She never reduced her food intake. We were in US at that time and we used to hog on KFC and Pizzas regularly. So it is not about dieting. Its about exercising.
I was out of shape even though under weight(most south Indians are this way though not all of them) I was having a pouch in front not enough muscle in the shoulder and thigh region.
Then one fine day I did Art of living and then started the transformation. Regular practice of asanas being thought there changed my shape slowly but steadily. I started exercising since my Mtech. I went to the Gym, I ran, I went to the gym, I swam I had good results but I also had pain, sore joints and sore muscles sometimes and most of the times. I had several large and some small breaks in my gym going regime. But doing art of living DSN course you dont need to lift any weights, you do not need to strain your knees or joints. Just do the asanas regularly without fail and you will see the results in couple of weeks. You chest will expand and your shoulders will gain mass. Your stride will be confident and you are almost flying. Your stomach will start loosing fat.
I guess you need faith, faith in yourself to do things, the things you really have faith in.
Please do not comment on art of living without having a faint experience of what it is. But please comment on this review.
