Do not buy any Product from Diac Services, Bangalore JUST SALES, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE/SUPPORT
I purchased 800va Su-Kam inverter with Exide SF battery from Diac Services, JP Nagar, Bangalore. When I put my request on sulekha.com for Inverters, I eceived many calls from various companies including Diac Services. Till the time I was not decided on make/model/configuration I used to get a call from Amrin (sales dept) every day.
I ordered Inverter, Battery and Trolley for Battery over the phone. When I ordered she said, it will be a metal trolley. But when they actually came for the installation it was a Fibre Battery. The design of this trooley is so poor, that there of 4 seperate pieces of fibre connected by slots and small screws. I called them immediately. They said, they are ready to take back Trolley and give refund. Nothing happened for next 3-4 days.
Then she was not reachable. Then I got hold of their boss (Mr Chandrashekhar). He said he will send new trolley. Its already more than a week now. Each time I call him up, he will give some excuse and buy time. Now Amrin and Chandrashekhar both have started ignoring my calls. They are simply not attending my calls.
I am doubtful that they will give serive (they are supposed to give free service every 4 months for 2years).My advise is to you is, do not go for Diac Service. They may quote you best price in the market, but finally it would cost you same or more. As in my case, I saved few hundred bucks while purchasing Inverter, but wasted Rs 500 which I paid for trolley. And again for next 2 years I will have to call someone for Servicing for which I will have to pay atleast 1000 bucks. So do not fall prey to Diac Services.
