Guys, Interesting part is here. Its now more than 2 years since I wrote this post. Policy is closed, I got my refund (after deductions...:(..) But still I keep on receiving regular emails like policy nav, statements etc etc from HDFC. Unsubscribe does not work ...haha

I used makemytrip last trip, and found travelocity charges less compared to makemytrip. :)
Issue is resolved today...got a refund from Bank. Thanks for your response.
seems to be posted by owner himself Rajat Moitra. This person is so bad that even after this episode he kept harassing me for putting this review online. He used my mobile number to registered it online on mover packers websites. I used to get 10-15 calls everyday (after I moved to Bangalore). Pleas read more...
It appears that as Finance Team does not work over the weekend, there was a delay. I got a call from Taxsmile today morning and they are working on my issue. Will keep updated.

What happened next? I am planning to buy a vacuum cleaner. I have shortlisted Eureka and Black & Decker. Only disadvantages of Black & Decker would be service centers (in Bangalore) and part replacements... I am confused now whether to go for Eureka.
