Citifinancials worst care to consumer



  1. I took consumer loan fron Citifinancials for buying TV.




  2. When the loan is over I spoke to customer care at Chennai regarding the closure Letter and Invoice of the product, they assured me that it will take 2-3 weeks.




  3. After 3 weeks I have not received any letter or any communication from them. Then I called again and asked for the same and again they assured to dispatch it in 2-3 days.




  4. But even after 1 week nothing has come to me. I again called and asked for the same and I got the apologized reply and again assurance for dispatching immediately and reach at my place on next day.




  5. 3 months passed. I visited the branch, after waiting 2 and half hour at branch office and Ms. Radhika from Customer care spoke to me and assured that I will receive the Invoice in another 3 days and she had given the closure letter immediately.




  6. After 1 week, nothing has happened. I called customer care and asked to meet the superiors but I was stopped or misguided by saying something illogical, and again I got the same reply that I will get it in next 2 days positively.




  7. But I have not received anything till now. can please suggest me what should I do. I am delayed for the insurance of the product by not having the original invoice with me. can anyone provide me mail ID’s of superiors of citifinancials.
