We recently hired a Innova Vehicle from City Cool Cabs ( citycoolcab.in/) to travel between Mumbai & Shirdi. Though everything went as per the plan but the vehicle was in pretty old condition in fact some of the glasses in the back was making noise . I asked the driver and he said it can be fixed but actually it was not a problem that can be fixed quickly. Also, the interior of the vehicle was stuffy .
While the travel was kind of okey but I felt vehicle condition wasn’t up to the mark it was pretty old and had done with 16000 kms (so you can image the condition). This happened despite me asking for a good vehicle. So don’t be surprised if you book a cab and the vehicle given is in poor condition!!
Also, I had asked for a knowledgeable driver but in reality the driver we got was only aware of roads that goes to Shirdi (the destination we wanted to go) and nothing else. Usually one would expect the driver to know the in-around area which we felt was missing. Also the Driver wasn’t very familiar with the Mumbai City area and we spent lot of time locating our hotel.
I felt they are not professionals even during the booking I had to remind them multiple time for the confirmation also the rate quoted to me was much higher but later when I spoke to the other guys from the same company he quoted a different lower rate. So ensure to bargain! Make sure you take their meter reading after you are picked else they will count it from their showroom. We had this confusion but I had clarified during the booking. Also, they were charging for airport parking tickets (Rs. 130) which I denied but they are very clever in claiming everything from their customers - So be careful!
They are an average & budget car renting company but if you are looking for professionals go with eCabs though I haven’t used but found better in their conversation but they might be little expensive.
