I could have avoided such nuisance by not paying them anything in advance. In fact, the vehicle I had seen was in a good condition but that was never sent for on road class!!

Ask them to replace (don't go for repair they would insist on that) but I bet replacing with the same model might not help and problem will continue to persist because of poor quality product.
