I could have avoided such nuisance by not paying them anything in advance. In fact, the vehicle I had seen was in a good condition but that was never sent for on road class!!
@Howdyhumbug, Based on your comment it sounds like you must have been offered to stay at BeeHive either free or you must have been close to them!! Has anyone escalated this to METRO mgmt? Please share the contact details/email id of METRO. I am sure they would not respond but it certainly makes a difference if we let METRO mgmt know about it and start spreading it with nears and dears to help them not get trapped & disappoint later after bu read more...
Ask them to replace (don't go for repair they would insist on that) but I bet replacing with the same model might not help and problem will continue to persist because of poor quality product. Check if you can pick a different model (by luck if that survive longer!). Shout at the Metro shop manager read more...
