I could have avoided such nuisance by not paying them anything in advance. In fact, the vehicle I had seen was in a good condition but that was never sent for on road class!!

Has anyone escalated this to METRO mgmt? Please share the contact details/email id of METRO. I am sure they would not respond but it certainly makes a difference if we let METRO mgmt know about it and start spreading it with nears and dears to help them not get trapped & disappoint later after bu read more...
Ask them to replace (don't go for repair they would insist on that) but I bet replacing with the same model might not help and problem will continue to persist because of poor quality product. Check if you can pick a different model (by luck if that survive longer!). Shout at the Metro shop manager read more...
