Hi Friends does any one have the update of Todays case of City Real com... Today was the final hearing at Bombay High Court.
I am one of the investor at Hyd. I have been told that on 15th to check with the office before depositing the checks. I tried today but waste. I have heard that there were cases at Bombay High court on 15th and 16th. 15th some thing related to Criminal and 16th some thing related to company Act and policies.
After 16th the company would be taking a decision. Now again the Oct 9th meeting by the so called hidden Mansoor and the inverters to discuss regarding the payments. Then pls let me know on 16th Sep what is going to happen in the court. Any one has any idea.
I am very much sure that because of the behavior of some of the angry investors very offices will be shut down. They are beating up the employees over there. In that case which employer will come to office for getting beaten up by the investors.
Today at Hyderabad, people have already reached to Media , Sakshi TV and Zee 24hr Telegu channel regarding the company telling its fraud because the employers over there have shut down the office.
All these have to be blamed to Mr. Masood the CEO. Why is he not coming up and declaring a date to get it setelled. Putting a notice to meet at Bombay. One thing is sure that he would not be coming. We like fools for the sake of our money will be rushing to Bombay. Mr Masood u idiot don’t think we will not be coming. we will be coming knowing that its waste. If you could be good person & ready to return our money, then you could talk to your directors of different offices or u your self could visit all your branches and console all the inverters regarding the safety of their investment.
Mr Mansoor, if you are getting chance to read these please see to that you are not creating panic among the investors. If you don’t want to come to us, at least through Media or ask your lawyers to talk to media on behalf of you regarding the safety of our investments.
If you keep on dragging the dates, I hope you know the consequences of what is going to happen. People are angry outside. They wanted their money back, that’s all. So plan out as early as possible how u r going to give them back. I request friends and relatives of Mansoor, pls usko samjhaoo yar....
