I been reading all the blogs over more than a week now. I am one of the victims of City Limouzine. I dont’ know whether the word "Creditors’ sounds you all somethings different or not?
I discuss our case to some of my friends who are Advocate and Company Secretary. They read copy of minutes of Bombay High Court and just throw light on word "Creditors". They told me you are the Investor(i.e Shareholder) and not the **Creditor (i.e Debenture Holders). I was further advised by them that this meeitng would serve the purpose of Creditors and not to the Investors at all.
We have invested the money in co. and not lended them as money lender. Creditors are different from Investors. I am saying this because we all have given Preference Share Certificates which proves that we are Shareholders of co. and not the creditors.
I don’t know how this meeting is going to help us all. Can any investors who is advocate or has some legal knowledge provide his views on above issue.
