First of all when u order and return they will not refund in ur account even you select that option why don’t refund in ur account that’s very fishy
Now I tell you why:- first they send old , outdated, wrong product -Then u need to calll customer care 100 time for pick up - thenthey add ur return product amount always to their wallet - then when you try to use ur wallet money and order something they cancel ur order form backend
so basically this site and app owner wants to keep your money without sending u the product total fraud site beware before ordering anything u will just take headache for your money only.
In photot you can see all the order which I have ordered from wallet they have cancelled from backend without refunding anything . So they have eaten my money
Also I have faced that from backend they will chnage the product which you have order as per availability they will put the product on the app under your order instead of what actually you order and then deliver it the available product not what one you ordered . If u want to take headache for ur hard earned money and donate to charity or baggers please shop on CLOvia app or site
Let’s report this app on App Store on Apple to get it removed from App Store atleast Apple users don’t deserve these kind of fake app . Who ever read it android or Apple report this app .
