I have 3850 and Toshiba E 740 but I must admit that even after Toshiba has built in support for 802.11b, IPAQ is my clear choice. That is an addictive gadget which any tech-savvy would love to possess. The crisp display, brilliant design, sound and 64 MB of memory is just too good. I’ve recently purchased Nexicam for IPAQ and Seiko Writing Pad and IPAQ had flawless installation for both whereas on Toshiba I had to try few times b4 I could succeed. I’m definately getting the newer version of IPAQ which is just out. The displaced speaker from 3650 to 3850 is another plus. The position of speakers in 3850 is much b8r and joystick is quite enjoyable. Toshiba does not have transreflective display and neither the sound is good. Though wi-fi connectivity is awesome and internet works gr8 on my Toshiba but rest everything is toooo irrestible for IPAQ
