You are talking more about the company and not about the product so such reviews shouldn't be allowed at first place. The ones who chase you or send mailers are merely the agents and bank has directly no connections with them whatsoever so they're not culprit. I accept the limited acceptability in India but internationally AMEX is the mark of the 'Reached there' people.
