I hold an account with corporation bank since 2004. Their attitude with customers is too bad. Many times faced issues with their staff at branch as well as with internet banking services. Since December 16th 2018 to today(Dec 19 th) their internet banking platform is not functional. We can login but not able to do transactions, not even log out is possible. Some time back I did a NEFT transfer, did not credit to beneficiary account at all. When we call branch they say their web center only deals with net banking. Call Center say they are not ware of such issues. They even laugh at you(may be for holding account with such a bank). Recently for changing ATM card also they troubled as if they are giving some free offer to customer. they don’t provide proper service and rude towards customers too.
