I too experienced the same from Fresh to home. I used my credit card for a transaction and later my order was canceled by Fresh to home. Even after 9 days no refund. It looks like an advertisement for blu dart. Could be a fake review. In Bangalore I am being troubled by Blu dart on my credit card bills for last 4 years. They always declare as 'Consignee not available' with out coming to the address at all. My latest such AWB no. is 44164739990.

I too agree with high cost of ola cabs with unreliable service. I was looking for a cab on ola app at Bangalore majestic railway station on 20-1-2016 8:00pm. I am also facing the same kind of problem. And the Airtel Executive from Gurgaon said openly that they don't follow TRAI guidelines, and they follow only Airtel Policy.

Airtel does not care about customers, somehow they want money. In my case also they did not care for attending the complaint.
