I am the sufferer of cheating practices of country club representatives. I do not know whether the company is promoting this kind of selling techniques or only local people(noida, delhi) are like that.
a. During presentation, they promised me three things - club membership for 30 years, 6nights 7 days vacations for 30 years, invites to events. Impressed mainly by club membership, we paid Rs 20000/- upfront as sales person convinced us that this offer is valid only for that day(we should have been more intelligent).
b. We got a username / password from their office and when I checked it, it says NO CLUB membership. SHOCKED - I called these people and they started giving all evasive answers because my money is blocked.
c. Since I didn’t want to continue with such cheaters, I am asking for refund. Their customer care in Delhi is not responding. Their so called senior person Mr Bharat promised to resolve the issue in 24 hrs but even after one week, he is not even coming on phone. Their representatives Himani and Ekta is not authorised to do anything.
d. Written to their central customer care and hoping for a reasonable action against fraudulent representatives Mr Ashwani and Mr yogender.
Hope some law and order prevail in our country for such FRAUD services.

IN FACT WOULD APPRECIATE IF COMPANY RESPONDS AND TAKES RESPONSIBILITY OF ITS SALES REPRESENTATIVES. IF they are fare, may be I will end up taking membership. Let’s hope for the best.
