I had a chance to visit recently opened Croma showroom in Marathahalli. It is in par with the other outlets with respect to floor the area as well as stock. And to my delight, Xperia X8 was in stock, unlike other 3 Croma outlets I visited the same day. Buying experience was a breeze with whoever attended me. They also contacted me later promptly as promised, to pick up the free kit offered along with the mobile phone (blue tooth, USB car charger, multi pin car charger, screen protector and a pouch).
Customer Service was excellent and spot on! Only scope for improvement I could find was that the Croma guys could have revised the business hours from. 11-9 to 10-9. This can attract some early morning shoppers like me :-)
