Univercelly inspired, however not so useful posting. Customer Service guys avoid you if you are asking for a phone which they are not interested in offering. they even walk away from you. Avoid Bimal at any cost. Issues i have faced are: stolen strobes, free dents on running board, free scratches all around, stolen fuel, stolen power window motors and replacement with noisy ones. I would definitely disagree to this review. I am using an IFB machine for the past 10 years. Though it had 2 complaints (in 10 years) and the service was not that prompt, I am still a Satisfied customer!

Ezones are usually like this. Prices are great, but if you need the delivery soon, its better you transport it on your own or be ready for a vigorous follow up.
