Pathetic in terms of Product Delivery and response

My Invoice No is SLF02A009010042220. I purchased a LG Washing Machine on 4-Nov-2012 from Croma Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Delivery was promised on 5-Nov. 3 days have been passed and since then I have been waiting for the delivery of product. I have registered the complaint at Croma Call Centre trice but there has been no action nor any response.


At the time of purchase and during my interaction I had mentioned that I need delivery today as I am leaving for Abroad on 8-Nov-2012. Despite that nobody is bothered. Now, tomorrow is 8 Nov, I will leave India and the door will be locked for couple of days. Next time, I would not prefer to visit Croma. Another Problem with Croma is that they don’t give their contact details of the store. They simply say to call on call centre and they don’t solve any problem.
