Pathetic service. Takes customer for granted

My videocon customer id  is 96170564.My videocnd2h is not working for last 5 days and struggling to get it resolved since no engineer is visiting my house.


I lodged my first complaint  on wednessday( complaint no: 244856381).


But, no engineer visited my house even after repeated follow up and finally engineer/customer-care guys closed my complaint fraudulently  without visiting my house.


I made several calls to customer care number and a new complaint has been registered on friday morning( 245189405) and I was given 24 hours deadline. But engineer did not visit my house .I called up customer care number again, and instead of following up my existing complaint, the customer care executive again opened a new complaint(245360334) and gave me another deadline of 24 hours.


This is highly frustrating . it is almost 5days, my issue is not resolved. And customer care guys /engineers just playing tricks on me and giving me new deadlines with a new complaint number every time I call.Please get my issue resolved asap. The attitude your engineers and customer care executives are showing highly unethical and unprofessional which will eventually force me to subscribe to your competitors.
